Delete your Youser Manual account

Youser Manual (by Rebeca Stewart) lets you permanently delete your account and everything connected to it at any time.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to Youser Manual (app or yousermanual.app).
2. Open the menu and tap Terms & Privacy.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete forever. Deletion happens immediately.

Option 2: Ask us by email

Email support@yousermanual.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, sign-in and profile
• Uploaded documents, photos and journal attachments
• Your manual, reflections, Deep Dive, seasonal and yearly reports, and emotional maps
• Care profiles, share links, Couples link and invitations
• Purchase, promo and activity records stored in the app

Any active subscription is cancelled right away. Deletion can't be undone.

What is kept

Nothing is kept in Youser Manual. Our payment processor, Stripe, keeps its own payment and invoice records as required by tax and financial law (typically up to 7 years). Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Delete some data but keep your account

You can delete single documents in My Documents, remove share links in Loved Ones, and unlink a partner in Couples at any time.
